Valentina holding up references in the video Here are a few nuggets or takeaways from these videos: Your Why: what is your “Only I” or “Only we” story (background, heritage, education, stuck? Ask friends/family) Your Content: come up with 35 headlines for blog posts (what you are known for, narrow it down) Your Bio: what can you say about you and your business that connects with others? Tips 2 & 3 came from KNOWN: The Handbook for Building and Unleashing Your Personal Brand in the Digital Age by Mark Schaefer and the workbook. Schedule time to Engage with others content Scheduling Social Media Posts in advance Turning on Notifications of Clients, Prospects, & Leads Optimize the “real estate” in the caption, making sure the important details are in the first sentence or so of the text before it gets cut off. Using Persuasive Copy in Posts — I learned these tips/keyterms from Nancy Harhut below: Automatic Compliance Trigger Word: “Because” Compliment Labels: Best Customers, Expert in your field, Though Leader Aversions: __ Things you should never do, Urgency: “time left to” , Almost Sold Out, Flash Sale Use Eye Magnet Words: New, Free, Secrets, Now, Introducing, Announcing, Finally, Soon, Quick, Easy This list is just a checklist and a start.
