Why I visit customers at their businesses

Small Data: discover clues about customer
Back in 2016 I read the book: Small Data: The Tiny Clues That Uncover Huge Trend by Martin Lindstrom and it was transformational. Lindstrom would spend 300 days out of the year practically living in the homes of strangers to uncover data. That curiosity on uncovering human behavior that he had, made me want to visit my customer’s businesses and even participants of my webinars.
Always visit customers and clients in their setting to see how you can help them and answer their questions to provide solutions. I love researching and immersing myself in their environment to see how I can tailor my presentations to them and unlock data that helps me better serve them!
I already know what I will cover in my next Instagram webinar (for farmers/food vendors) because of the input of: the owner of this homestead Perennial Acres Holmestead. FYI it will include buyer personas, analytics, and collab posts. The next one is this Thursday, June 27th at noon. Here is the link to register or click on the image below to register!
