Transform Your Stories: Overcome Your Toxic Stories, Become a Courageous and Confident Leader, and Impact the World By Ashley Cox. I learned from this book that cultural things I have heard and certain fear related stories I have been telling myself have lead me to have insecurities. I have recently said no to several projects because it wasn’t a “right fit” but maybe perhaps, it is time to answer the questions and journal ideas provided in each chapter and say “yes”! Really loved those examples and journal prompts to dig deeper into these areas for improvement.
