
Instagram Stories, Hashtags, Engagement – What Businesses Need to Know

According to a recent article, “brands can generate over 4x more interactions on Instagram compared to Facebook”.
In this workshop that I completed this week (slides below) I discussed Instagram Stories, where we have 24 hours to provide a glimpse behind the scenes for our audiences about our products/services. In addition, I got rid of the mystery behind Instagram hashtags and showed audiences how to optimize it to increase your visibility with local audiences. Finally, once you start gaining new followers, how do you keep me them engaged? I showed them tips (in the slides below) to possibly increase engagement. Plus below you will find case studies to show you how to optimize your current strategy.
Two things I encouraged in the workshop not mentioned in the slides are:
-using the “Saved” Button for saving posts from others for days that you need content
-benefits of using the “repost” app for you and for them person you “reposted” from
