Boom, I just wrapped up an amazing experience as an instructor for the TikTok SOAR Veteran-Owned Accelerator Program with the Association of Women’s Business Centers (AWBC)—and wow, what a ride!

For five weeks, I had the privilege of helping nine veteran-owned TikTok Shops businesses level up their strategies—teaching them how to build a strong foundation, master their finances, and scale profitably. But it wasn’t just about business tactics. It was about resilience, confidence, and making bold moves in the digital space!

Seeing these business owners take action, implement strategies, and gain real momentum was beyond rewarding. This was one of those “this is why I do what I do” moments. 

A huge THANK YOU to the AWBC team (Jessie Yankee, Corinne Goble, Jackie Perrault), TikTok instructors (Hailey Dickson & Erik Hillesheim), and the incredible entrepreneurs who showed up, put in the work, and made this program unforgettable.
