Are you and/or your staff up to speed on Social Media? Yes. Next question, do you have a solid strategy in place for your posts?
Here are a few suggestions to keep in mind to have a consistent social media presence and strategy in place:
Question: Do you have a Checklist on promoting the same post on a monthly basis?
For example, is there a new product or service that you have this year vs. in the past?
Tip: Designate a time to post about it monthly with a set audience on your post.
Question: What is your biggest seller (product or service wise)?
Tip: Set up a target audience of who will be seeing this post on a monthly basis. I have discussed how to do this in previous posts using Facebook Power Editor.
Create a plan to get more or a different audience to generate followers. You can check your Google Analytics or specific Social Media platform’s insights to learn more about your audience. Once you’ve done that, post informative or educational updates to keep them engaged.
Once you’ve completed getting new followers and keeping them engaged, create a “Call-to-Action” post. Call-to-Actions include links on posts directing your audience to go to your website to learn more about your product, service, or even contact you directly by message.
